• Which countries do you deliver to?

  We offer worldwide shipping to almost every country in the world. The only exceptions are Russia, Belarus and North Korea.

• How long does the shipping take?

  Usually, orders are shipped on business days within 24 hours after receipt of payment. The exact shipping time depends on the destination country. In Germany, the shipping time is usually 2-3 business days and in European countries 4-5 business days. The shipping time for all other regions is very individual. • Which parcel service do you work with?

  We ship your orders exclusively via DHL Group. However, please note that depending on the country of delivery, local providers will be used for the “last mile”.
